Q: What is Grunge Gamer?
A: Grunge Gamer is a community driven gaming site. Not only do we provide content, you do to! In fact, we would prefer the community to provide as much content as possible. This isn't us being lazy. No, this way we can better gauge what you want and you can see what other gamers like yourself are interested in. We believe this to be the best way to present content and wouldn't have it any other way.
Q: What is with all the Amazon links?
A: No, we haven't sold out to Amazon. The links to Amazon are for your convenience. If you like a game and want to buy it, the link is right there. And because it's a link to Amazon, you are guaranteed to find games at the lowest prices.
Q: Why does the Price differ from the Amazon listed price?
A: The prices were determined at the time of creation, so it is expected for there to be some fluctuation based upon the market value. The price is used to give you an estimate of what the game is worth.
Q: Help! A game I want isn't listed or isn't listed under my platform! Where is it?
A: You can create it! That's the beauty of Grunge Gamer. If you see that something isn't listed, you can add it. Many of the games we have now were added by users just like you! So feel free to submit a new game. We provide gaming updates based upon what we think the community will like. Help us help you!
Q: Something on the site is broken. Will you fix it?
A: If there is something that isn't working well, please tell us right away. The best way to inform us of a problem is by posting in this Help Forum. Not only do we check the Help Forum regularly, but other users might be able to address the problem if we aren't available.
Q: I think something on the site should be done another way. Will you change it?
A: At Grunge Gamer, change is a good thing. We are constantly evolving to fit the needs of our staff and our users. If you have a suggestion, post it! If you see a suggestion, let the poster know how you feel about it. We will take all suggestions under consideration and see how plausible they are and if they would benefit the Grunge Gamer community.
